The community is overseen by a committee elected annually by apartment owners at the AGM where the budget and objectives are agreed.  Hacienda Cifuentes also has an Infrastructure Manager and Administrator.  The committee is headed by a President.  Apartment owners can contact the committee via the Administrator.

A part-time Site Manager oversees the operation of the community facilities.  Tenants and holidaymakers should contact their landlord, letting agent or holiday company with questions and to report problems; if necessary owners can pass issues to the Administrator or committee - contact details are shown in the Owners Information pages within the Owner's Forum and the Terraminium portal.
