This quiet, high-quality development, away from the bustle of the coastal strip, consists of 262 spacious two or three-bedroom apartments in 23 blocks. The blocks have 10 or 12 apartments and each block has a lift. Every apartment has private terraces, air-conditioning, under-floor heating throughout, its own garage parking space and a store-room. There are plans for five more blocks.
There are four swimming pools at Hacienda Cifuentes including the infinity pool, all set within extensive and well-maintained gardens.
Hacienda Cifuentes is a gated community and Access to the site is only via the main gate, with adjacent Gatehouse which is manned 24/7.
There is no restaurant or shop on-site but many of these can be found a short drive away. A car is advisable so you can make the most of your visit - or you can telephone for a taxi to pick you up at the main gate.

The community - a mix of owners, tenants and holidaymakers - is overseen by a Committee elected annually by owners and led by a President. There is also a Site Manager and a community Administrator.
